Cecilia Thea Soriano

Cecilia Soriano, also known as Thea, has an extensive background in the CSO education sector, spanning over three decades. Before joining GCE, she spent a decade working with the Asia South Pacific Association for Basic and Adult Education (ASPBAE). While there, she served as the Regional Advocacy and Policy Coordinator, supporting ASPBAE members’ participation in regional SDG 4 and SDG platforms.
