Phumza Luthango
Phumza Luthango has a Bachelor of Social Sciences in Law and Political and International Relations (Rhodes University) Postgrad Diploma in Public and Development Management with distinction in Public Policy (Wits University).
Phumza is a second-year Master's Candidate in Governance specialising in Economics and Development studies. She has experience as a Policy developer, Researcher, and Monitoring and Evaluation consultant. She is the author of the published 'evaluating the sustainability of Breaking New Ground in Human Settlements, a strategic document exploring the sustainability themes of social housing in Gauteng.
