This manual was developed by ActionAid, Light for the World, and the Global Campaign for Education. It draws on externally published sources, internal, organisational guidance and tools, and consultations conducted in the context of disability inclusion, gender-responsive budgeting, and universal education.

Special thanks to commissioning team members Julie Juma and Asmara Figue of ActionAid International, Vernor Muñoz Villalobos of the Global Campaign for Education and Nafisa Baboo of Light for the World; all of whom made extensive inputs, provided technical support and shared their experiences, contributing to the content and the overall flow of the manual.

Additional thanks are due to Polly Meeks, Jennifer-Pitter Lopez, Delfina Hary and David Archer for their contributions and to all those who were interviewed during the manual development process.
