The Global Campaign for Education (GCE) invites you to an Interactive Dialogue organised within the context of commemorating International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women.

Chaired by GCE President, Refat Sabbah and featuring a keynote speaker, Dr Najat Maalla M’jid, The UN Secretary-General Special Representative on Violence Against Children and respondent, Martha Muhwezi, Executive Director and Secretary to the Forum for African Women Educationalists (FAWE) Africa Boardthe dialogue will explore Violence Against Girls in Schools, unpack Patriarchal and Violent Frameworks in the Curriculum, Teaching, Governance, and Peer Relations that perpetuate violence against girls, including sharing Opportunities for Transformation.

The speaker’s and respondents insights will be anchored by comments, questions and discussions from participants.
