The Global Campaign for Education (GCE) invites you to join the Education Financing CoP Call on Education Financing in Africa.

This session aims to reflect on some of the critical findings of a report prepared by Dr Betty Udongo examining the impact of COVID-19 on education budgets in Africa. Amongst many other key issues around education financing in Africa, the report presents the GDPs, National budgets, Education budgets, Debt Servicing and Domestic revenues for the years 2017-2020 for the GCE member countries and examines the data through the lenses of the 4 S reference framework (Share, Size, Sensitivity and Scrutiny).
