A Campanha Global pela Educação é uma organização associativa dirigida pelos seus membros, através de uma Assembleia Geral (que se realiza de três em três anos), e por uma Direcção eleita.
A nossa Direcção
A Direcção representa os grupos eleitorais: dois representantes da Internacional de Educação, dois de organizações não-governamentais internacionais e um de uma organização dirigida por jovens internacional ou regional. As várias regiões estão representadas por dois lugares cada para África, Ásia e América Latina, Médio Oriente e Europa /América do Norte. O Presidente da CGE é eleito na Assembleia Mundial, com o Vice-Presidente, Director e Subdirector eleitos pela Direcção.

Dr. Refat Sabbah is, since November 2018, the president of the Global Campaign for Education. He has extensive experience in the field of education as a social actor, empowering and promoting the critical role of teachers.

Carmen Romeo
Board member
Carmen got involved with the student movement in Spain for the first time in high school. Since then she held multiple leadership positions on the local, national, continental and global level. She is the former president of the student council at Complutense University of Madrid and former president of the national unions of students in Spain, CREUP.
Ester Simon
Board Member
Ester Simon is passionate about; Education, Communications for Development, Public Management and Policy, Access to Information for Empowerment, Community Development, and Social Justice. She served as Namibia National Students Organisation’s first female President since its inception in 1984, and All-African Students Union Constitutional Review Committee member.
