National education coalition members, GCE, and representatives of the Africa National Coalition for Education for All (ANCEFA) are in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, for the Africa Regional Forum on Sustainable Development (ARFSD), taking place from 28-30 April.

The delegation kicked off their participation with pre-forum workshops on Voluntary National Reviews (VNRs) and engagement with Major Groups and other Stakeholders.

The 2026 ARFSD brings together regional actors to assess progress, share knowledge and best practices, and explore policy solutions to advance the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development in line with Africa’s priorities. The Forum also contributes to the global preparatory process for the 2026 UN High-level Political Forum on Sustainable Development (HLPF).
